Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

Delivery Packaging All our bouquets come wrapped in a tasteful paper wrap, using as little cellophane as possible. We source environmentally friendly products where possible and keep plastic to a minimum. If you would like something wrapped like the photograph which shows packaging for illustration purposes on our website, please provide details within  the delivery instructions box when ordering online or let us know when ordering over the phone.
